Red Pepper Express Food Truck specializes in indo-Chinese food. We use Indian and Chinese spices and incorporate indian and Chinese style of cooking. Our mission is to provide food lovers with a range of scrumptious dishes at affordable prices. Our food is a twist on Indian and Chinese dishes that makes it unique and flavorful. Sanju Giri is an owner and a head chef at Red Pepper Express Food Truck. At the age of 18, he went to Taj, India for culinary training and finished his training in 3 years. Then he also worked as an intercontinental chef in a 5-star hotel in Qatar. He specializes in Indian, Chinese, intercontinental cuisine. Before moving to the USA in 2010, he worked in Royal Carribean cruise as a Chinese chef for a year. After moving to San Francisco, he felt a lack of authentic indo-Chinese food which inspired him to open his own food truck.
